Innovation Yachts is a small French yard established in 2016 in Vairé, in the Vendée, founded by ocean racer Norbert Sedlacek. It builds boats from recyclable composite materials rather than conventional fibreglass, a range that runs from the IY Open60AAL ocean-racing yacht to the LBV 35, an electric-powered catamaran using solar panels and hydrogenerators.
